Kitchen Islands

Today's kitchen island replaces yesterday's kitchen table. There is hardly a kitchen plan today that does not incorporate an island and sometimes even two! The island allows for more base cabinetry and more surface area to work with. Some might say 'the more surface area the better.' Whether you want more room for two cooks to prepare dinner or a place to sip coffee, the island is a welcome addition where space allows.

We can put a new top on your existing island, on new cabinetry that matches yours or build you a new island altogether. Consider a top with both wood and soapstone for multipurpose use.
